The focus of my creamery is to make ice cream with non standard but subtle flavors with simple natural ingredients.
A rotating selection of flavors has been available at Navarre (10 NE 28th Ave.) here in Portland Oregon and fold, a creperie on North East Alberta St.
My ice cream was mentioned briefly in the April 2005 issue of "Bon Appetit" magazine.
Flavors I make:
chocolate rosemary
jasmine tea
ginger
walnut
juniper berry
toasted barley
dolce de leche
chevre
beer
and many more
Designs for my own house in Portland Oregon. We are currently under contract to purchase a small (50' X 50') lot in a great location.
The design is in process with goals of compactness (600 ft2 on two floors) to reduce impact and cost, LEED platinum, and creating a living ethic in which indoor and outdoor time are essential to everyday life.

The Portland Radio Authority is in the process of figuring out how to move into our own custom built studio to be located in the old boiler room of the Left Bank building.
Our current studio has suited us well for the last several years. But as the station has grown, the need has become aparent to have certain ammenities that propper studios have: A seperate air studio and lobby, storage, a place for live bands to plan, and an office nook.

These are images of backpacking tents that I have been developing over the last several years. The most recent is a double walled tent with vestibule made of sil-nylon and weighing in at 36.1oz.
